Refund & Return Policy
This policy covers what happens when something goes wrong with your order — damaged packaging, wrong products, missing items, cancellations, and how we resolve each situation.

About food products and returns
WGAN Farms sells natural, perishable food products — dry red chillies and spice powders packed fresh for each order. By their nature, opened or correctly delivered food products are generally not eligible for return.
We do take genuine responsibility for situations that result from our error or from damage in transit — and we will work to resolve them honestly.
Situations eligible for resolution
1. Damaged or tampered packaging on arrival
If your order arrives with visibly damaged, torn, or tampered packaging, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- A clear photograph of the outer packaging, before it is opened
- Your name and the phone number used at checkout
We will review the case and offer a replacement or, where a replacement is not possible, a refund.
2. Wrong product delivered
If you receive a product clearly different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- A photograph of the product received
- Your name and the phone number used at checkout
We will arrange to send the correct product.
3. Missing item in your order
If an item you paid for is not in your delivery, report it within 7 days of delivery with your order details. We will verify and resolve the shortfall.
4. Product quality concern
If a product arrives visibly compromised before first use — for example, apparent contamination, visible mould, or a clearly abnormal condition — report it within 48 hours of opening with photographs. We will assess each case honestly.
Note: Differences in heat level, colour depth, or aroma between chilli varieties are inherent to each variety and are not product defects. If you are unsure which variety suits your use, refer to our product descriptions or contact us before ordering.
Situations not eligible for return, replacement, or refund
The following are not grounds for a return or refund:
- Products that have been opened and partially or fully used
- Personal preference regarding flavour, heat level, or aroma
- Products correctly delivered but no longer wanted
- Issues reported outside the time windows stated above
- Damage or spoilage resulting from incorrect storage after delivery
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Replacement and refund process
Where an issue is verified and eligible, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the nature of the issue and product availability.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Refund timelines depend on your bank or payment provider and are outside our control once processed from our end.

Storage responsibility
Dry red chillies and spice powders are natural food products. Once delivered, their quality depends on how they are stored. We are not responsible for degradation caused by incorrect storage after delivery. Storage guidance is printed on each product and available on the product pages at wganfarms.com.
