Delivery Coverage

We deliver PAN India — to all states and union territories across India.

Dispatch Timeline

Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days of confirmed payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working business day.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all orders above ₹499.

For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping charge applies. The exact amount is shown at checkout before payment is made.

Delivery

After dispatch, delivery is via courier to all major cities across India. Delivery timelines after dispatch depend on your location and the courier's network conditions at the time of shipment.

Delays

Delivery may occasionally take longer than expected due to public holidays, festival season courier backlogs, weather conditions, or other events outside our control. While we dispatch within our stated timeline, delivery after dispatch depends on courier operations and destination conditions.

Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address, pin code, and contact number entered at checkout are correct. WGAN Farms cannot be held responsible for non-delivery or delay caused by incorrect address details submitted at the time of ordering. If you need to correct your address, contact us before your order is dispatched.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the package is returned to us, re-dispatch will require an additional shipping charge. We will contact you before arranging re-dispatch.

Damaged Packaging on Arrival

If your order arrives with visibly damaged or tampered packaging, photograph the package before opening it and contact us with your order details and photographs. Please report damaged or tampered packaging as soon as possible after delivery so we can review the issue promptly.
